About the Course
The Nurse Aide Training / Home Health Aide Program at Back to Home Training Center is a state-approved, designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality, compassionate care in home and clinical settings.
This 180-hour program blends classroom learning, practical lab sessions, and real-world clinical experience to fully prepare students for the Massachusetts Nurse Aide Competency Exam. Upon completion, students will receive certificates of completion for both nurse aide training and home health aide training. Students will be qualified to work as Home Health Aide for in-home support. Students who pass the state’s exam and become state-certified nurse aides will be qualified to work as Nurse Aides in long-term care facilities, hospitals, and private homes.
