Question # 1

What is the Nurse Aide / Home Health Aide program?

This is a 180-hour in-person training program that prepares students for roles in nursing homes, home care settings, and healthcare facilities. It includes classroom instruction, skills lab, and clinical externship.

Question # 3

What topics are covered in the classroom instruction?

The classroom portion focuses on foundational knowledge in caregiving, including personal care, infection control, communication skills, patient rights, and safety practices.

Question # 5

What happens if I need to withdraw from the program?

Students have the right to terminate their enrollment at any time. Refunds are subject to Massachusetts Refund Law and depend on when the withdrawal occurs within the program timeline.

Who is eligible to enroll in the program?

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and meet all entrance requirements including ID verification, background checks, and health clearance.

Question # 4

What is the purpose of the skills lab?

The skills lab allows students to practice and master hands-on care techniques in a supervised, simulated environment before entering real clinical settings.

Question # 6

Is there financial assistance or a payment plan available?

Yes, flexible payment plans are available. Students must arrange a payment plan prior to the first day of class. Contact the administrative team for details.
